Sn:0.15~0.4%、
残部は、不可避不純物を伴ったZn。
Cu:57.5~58.5%、
Mn:2.0~2.5%、
Al:1.5~2.0%、
Si:0.50~0.70%、
Ni:0.50~0.70%、
Fe:0.5~0.55%、
Sn:0.20~0.35%。
Claims (6)
- 潤滑条件下で使用される合金製品を製造するための、Pbを含まないCu-Zn合金であって、
Cu:57.5~58.5重量%、
Mn:2.0~2.5重量%、
Al:1.5~2.0重量%、
Si:0.50~0.70重量%、
Ni:0.50~0.70重量%、
Fe:0.35~0.55重量%、
Sn:0.20~0.35重量%、及び
不可避不純物を伴ったZnである残部
からなり、
Si含有量がNiの含有量以上であることを特徴とし、
Sn含有量が最大でNi含有量の50%であり、かつ最大でSi含有量の50%であることを特徴とし、
合金製品の硬度が160~190HBW2.5/62.5であることを特徴とする、Pbを含まないCu-Zn合金。 - Fe含有量がNi含有量よりも0.05%~0.1%低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPbを含まないCu-Zn合金。
- 合金製品の0.2%降伏力が300MPaと400MPaとの間、及び引張強さが600~700MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のPbを含まないCu-Zn合金。
- 合金製品の破断点伸びが10~30%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のPbを含まないCu-Zn合金。
- 合金製品の破断点伸びが10~16%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のPbを含まないCu-Zn合金。
- 合金製品の導電率が9MS/mと11MS/mとの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のPbを含まないCu-Zn合金。
