コーティングを製造するための代替的な変形例は、物理蒸着に基づく。この製造例では、先ず、タングステン板を従来の100%タングステンスラリー層でコーティングした。これは、表面を拡大する役割を果たす。この層の上に、約98%のRe3W相を有するターゲットを用いて、Re3W相を有する厚さ約4μmの層をスパッタリングした。得られた層は、約75重量%のレニウムを有していた。放射線交換の一部が、PVDコーティングによって被覆されていない多孔質タングステン構造の部分を介しても行なわれるため、熱放射率の測定値は、製造例Iの値に完全には近づかなかった。

Claims (14)
- 熱放射率を増加させるためのコーティング(3)を有する耐熱金属又は耐熱金属合金に基づく高温部品(1)であって、前記コーティング(3)が、少なくとも55重量%のレニウム及び少なくとも10重量%のタングステンからなり、少なくとも35重量%のRe3W相を有し、
前記コーティング(3)は、1700~2500nmの波長範囲における室温での熱放射率がε>0.6である、高温部品(1)。 - 前記コーティング(3)が多孔性である、請求項1に記載の高温部品(1)。
- 前記高温部品の表面が前記コーティングの下方で構造化されている、請求項1又は2に載の高温部品(1)。
- 前記コーティング(3)が焼結層として形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の高温部品(1)。
- 前記コーティング(3)がPVD層として形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の高温部品(1)。
- 前記コーティング(3)が前記高温部品(1)の表面に形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の高温部品(1)。
- 前記高温部品(1)が高圧放電ランプ(6)の電極(4、5)として形成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の高温部品(1)。
- 前記高温部品(1)が加熱導体(7)として形成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の高温部品(1)。
- 前記高温部品(1)がるつぼ(8)として形成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の高温部品(1)。
- 熱放射率を増加させるためのコーティング(3)を有する高温部品(1)を製造するための方法であって、以下のステップ:
- 前記高温部品(1)の基体(2)を提供するステップ、
- これに続く下記のステップi)、ステップii)又はステップiii)
ステップi)
- タングステン及びレニウムを含有するターゲット材料であって少なくとも35重量%のRe3W相を有するターゲット材料を使用して物理蒸着によって前記基体(2)をタングステン及びレニウムでコーティングするステップ、
ステップii):下記のサブステップからなるステップ
- タングステン及びレニウムを含有するターゲット材料を使用して物理蒸着によって前記基体(2)をタングステン及びレニウムでコーティングするサブステップ、
- コーティングされた前記基体(2)を、500℃以上の熱処理温度で、不活性若しくは還元性雰囲気中又は高真空下において熱処理して、少なくとも35重量%のRe3W相を形成するサブステップ、及び
- 20K/分超の冷却速度で、前記基体(2)を室温に冷却して、前記少なくとも35重量%のRe3W相を安定化させるサブステップ、
ステップiii):下記のサブステップからなるステップ
- タングステン25原子%対レニウム75原子%のモル比でレニウム及びタングステンを含有する粉末混合物を用いて、粉末冶金法によって、前記基体(2)をコーティングするサブステップ、
- コーティングされた前記基体(2)を、500℃以上の熱処理温度で、不活性若しくは還元性雰囲気中又は高真空下において熱処理して、少なくとも35重量%のRe3W相を形成するサブステップ、及び
- 20K/分超の冷却速度で前記基体(2)を室温に冷却して、前記少なくとも35重量%のRe3W相を安定化させるサブステップ、並びに、
- 前記基体(2)上に、室温で1700~2500nmの波長範囲について、熱放射率ε>0.6である前記コーティング(3)を提供するステップ、
を含む、方法。 - ステップi)又はステップii)において、前記基体(2)のコーティング前に、前記基体(2)の表面積の拡大を行なう、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップi)又はステップii)において、前記高温部品(1)の前記基体(2)の前記表面積の拡大を、前記基体(2)のスラリーコーティングにより行なう、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップi)又はステップii)において、前記高温部品(1)の前記基体(2)の前記表面積の拡大を、前記基体(2)の機械的、化学的又は熱的構造化によって行なう、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップiii)において、前記基体(2)の前記コーティングをスラリー法によって行なう、請求項10に記載の方法。
