Claims (13)
- 単離された環状RNA分子であって、前記環状RNA分子は、下記の1)または2)に示すヌクレオチド配列:
1)配列番号1に示すRNA配列、または、
2)1)と少なくとも90%の同一性を有するRNA配列、
の開始ヌクレオチドと末端ヌクレオチドとが連結して形成されたものであり、
前記開始ヌクレオチドは、前記環状RNA分子の1番目のヌクレオチドとして設定され、前記単離された環状RNA分子によりコードされたポリペプチドが細胞に対して競合的にCOVID-19新型コロナウイルスと結合することによりCOVID-19新型コロナウイルスによる細胞の感染を抑制する、ことを特徴とする単離された環状RNA分子。 - 前記環状RNA分子はアンジオテンシン変換酵素2をコードするmRNA配列の第2エキソン単独環化によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環状RNA分子。
- 前記環状RNA分子のコード領域は前記環状RNA分子の104番目から45番目のヌクレオチドを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の環状RNA分子。
- 前記環状RNA分子の前記コード領域の核酸配列は、
1)配列番号2に示すRNA配列、または、
2)1)と少なくとも90%の同一性を有するRNA配列、の少なくとも1つの配列を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の環状RNA分子。 - ポリペプチドであって、前記ポリペプチドのアミノ酸配列は、
1)配列番号3に示すアミノ酸配列、または、
2)1)と少なくとも90%の同一性を有するアミノ酸配列、
の少なくとも1つの配列を含み、
前記ポリペプチドが細胞に対して競合的にCOVID-19新型コロナウイルスと結合することによりCOVID-19新型コロナウイルスによる細胞の感染を抑制することを特徴とするポリペプチド。 - 前記ポリペプチドはシグナルペプチド配列を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポリペプチド。
- 前記シグナルペプチドのアミノ酸配列はMSSSSWLLLSLVAVTAAであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリペプチド。
- 融合タンパク質であって、請求項5に記載のポリペプチドとFcを含み、前記ポリペプチドのC端はFcのN端に連結されることを特徴とする融合タンパク質。
- 前記融合タンパク質は、
1)配列番号4に示すアミノ酸配列、または、
2)1)と少なくとも90%の同一性を有するアミノ酸配列、の少なくとも1つの配列を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の融合タンパク質。 - 単離された核酸であって、請求項8に記載の融合タンパク質をコードすることを特徴とする単離された核酸。
- 前記融合タンパク質をコードする前記核酸は、
1)配列番号5に示すヌクレオチド配列、または、
2)1)と少なくとも90%の同一性を有するヌクレオチド配列、の少なくとも1つの配列を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の核酸。 - 請求項1または2に記載のRNA分子、請求項5または6に記載のポリペプチド、請求項8または9に記載の融合タンパク質、請求項10または11に記載の単離された核酸を含む、新型コロナウイルスによる細胞の感染を抑制するための薬物またはキット。
- 請求項1または2に記載のRNA分子、請求項5または6に記載のポリペプチド、請求項8または9に記載の融合タンパク質、請求項10または11に記載の単離された核酸を含む、新型コロナウイルス肺炎を治療または予防するための治療薬。
