Claims (12)
- 繊維懸濁液からボトル形状の物品を形成するモールドであって、
当該モールドは、形成されるべき前記ボトル形状の物品のネガ形状にあるキャビティを含み、
当該モールドは、前記キャビティの周りの異なる空孔率の少なくとも2つの領域を通じて前記繊維懸濁液の懸濁液を伝えるように構成され、
90%以下の第1の空孔率を有する第1の多孔性領域が、前記キャビティの実質的な物品対向面を含む第1の層であり、前記第1の多孔性領域よりも大きな第2の空孔率を有する第2の多孔性領域が、前記第1の多孔性領域のための支持構造として機能する第2の層であり、
前記少なくとも2つの領域の前記異なる空孔率は、前記キャビティの入口表面での前記第1の空孔率から前記キャビティの出口表面での前記第2の空孔率に遷移する、
モールド。 - 第3の多孔性領域を含む、請求項1に記載のモールド。
- 当該モールドは、モールドブロック内への挿入のための取り外し可能なインサートである、請求項1または2に記載のモールド。
- 前記取り外し可能なインサートは、3D印刷されるか、あるいは別の付加製造技法によって作られる、請求項3に記載のモールド。
- 前記第1の空孔率は、40%~70%であり、前記第2の空孔率は、80%~90%である、請求項1に記載のモールド。
- 当該モールドは、2つ以上の協働する部品を含み、各部品は、成形される物品の除去のために開いて離れるように構成される、前記キャビティの部分を含む、請求項1~5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモールド。
- 繊維懸濁液ディスペンサノズルを受け入れるための前記キャビティへの開口を含む、請求項1~6のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモールド。
- 繊維懸濁液ディスペンサノズルとの組み合わせにおいて、前記キャビティは、ネックと、ショルダと、本体とを含む、ボトルを成形するように構成され、前記繊維懸濁液ディスペンサノズルは、前記開口を通じて、前記ショルダに近接する位置まで延長可能な、チューブを含む、請求項7に記載のモールド。
- 物品を成形する方法であって、
懸濁液中の繊維懸濁液を調整することと、
前記繊維懸濁液を請求項1~8のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモールドに給送することと、
前記異なる空孔率の少なくとも2つの領域を通じて前記懸濁液を除去することと、
前記異なる空孔率の少なくとも2つの領域を通じてさらなる懸濁液を放出するために、前記物品の内壁に圧力を加えることと、
前記モールドから前記成形される物品を除去することと、を含む、
方法。 - 前記物品の除去後に前記モールドの壁を洗浄することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄することは、前記モールドの壁に対する水ジェットの使用および/または前記モールドを通じて放出される懸濁液を逆送して戻すことを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 多孔性モールドに給送される前記繊維懸濁液は、0.1%~1%の固体、好ましくは、0.7%の固体を含む、請求項9~11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
