Description
Claims (16)
- 膨張ルーメンを有する外側アセンブリと、
前記外側アセンブリの長さ方向に延在し、前記外側アセンブリを越えて遠位側に延びる内側アセンブリと、
近位側が前記外側アセンブリに接続されると共に、遠位側が前記内側アセンブリに接続され、前記外側アセンブリの前記膨張ルーメンに連通するバルーンと、
前記内側アセンブリの部分的な円周部分を覆う層と、
前記層によって覆われていない前記内側アセンブリの露出部分と、
前記内側アセンブリの前記露出部分上の1つもしくは複数の表面突起、または1つもしくは複数の表面窪みを備える、
バルーンカテーテル。 - 前記1つもしくは複数の表面突起、または前記1つもしくは複数の表面窪みは、前記内側アセンブリの前記露出部分に沿って長手方向に延在する、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記1つもしくは複数の表面突起、または前記1つもしくは複数の表面窪みは、前記内側アセンブリの前記露出部分を越えて長手方向に延在する、請求項2に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記1つもしくは複数の表面突起、または前記1つもしくは複数の表面窪みは、1つまたは複数の溝を備え、前記1つまたは複数の溝は、前記内側アセンブリの外周の周りに長手方向に配置されている、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記1つもしくは複数の表面突起、または前記1つもしくは複数の表面窪みは、前記内側アセンブリの前記露出部分に沿って周方向に延在する、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記1つもしくは複数の表面突起、または前記1つもしくは複数の表面窪みは、前記内側アセンブリの外側部分に沿って配置された1つまたは複数の隆起を備える、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記内側アセンブリの前記露出部分は、前記1つまたは複数の表面突起、および前記1つまたは複数の表面窪みの両方を備え、前記1つまたは複数の表面突起は、前記1つまたは複数の表面窪みに隣接している、請求項6に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記層は、実質的に非粘着性の膜である、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記1つもしくは複数の表面突起、または前記1つもしくは複数の表面窪みは、前記内側アセンブリの外側部分に沿って配置された1つまたは複数の凹みを備える、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記層は、気体の通過を許容する一方、液体の通過を阻止する大きさの複数の細孔を備える、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記層は、細長いパージ通路の径方向外側に配置され、前記細長いパージ通路は、前記内側アセンブリ内に位置し、前記バルーンからガスを放出するように構成される、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、近位側が前記外側アセンブリの外面に結合されるか、または前記外側アセンブリの内壁に沿って結合される、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、遠位側が前記内側アセンブリの外面に結合される、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、近位側が第1の位置および第2の位置で前記外側アセンブリに結合されると共に、遠位側が第3の位置および第4の位置で前記内側アセンブリに結合され、前記バルーンは、前記第1の位置、前記第2の位置、前記第3の位置、および前記第4の位置では膨張しない、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記1つもしくは複数の表面窪みは、前記内側アセンブリの表面にインプリント加工されたコイルまたはメッシュから形成される、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記層は前記内側アセンブリに固定される、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
