本出願は、2022年03月15日に提出された名称が「放熱機構、電池モジュール及び電力消費装置」とある中国特許出願第202220564188.2号に援用され、その全体が援用により本出願に取り込まれる。

Claims (11)
- 放熱機構であって、空冷板(100)を含み、
前記空冷板(100)は、第一の方向(X)に沿って対向する第一の側(110)及び第二の側(120)を有し、前記空冷板(100)上に前記第一の側(110)及び/又は前記第二の側(120)に第二の方向(Y)に沿って縦長に延伸する放熱通路が設けられ、
前記第一の方向(X)は、前記第二の方向(Y)と垂直であり、
前記放熱機構は、前記第一の方向(X)に沿って間隔をおいて配列された複数の前記空冷板(100)を含み、隣接する二つの前記空冷板(100)の間に電池セル(200)を収容するための収容空間(130)が形成され、
前記空冷板(100)の前記第二の方向(Y)に沿った両端に少なくとも二つの係止部材(140)が設けられ、隣接する二つの前記空冷板(100)のうち一方の空冷板(100)の前記係止部材(140)と他方の前記係止部材(140)とは、前記第一の方向(X)に当接しており、それにより前記電池セル(200)を前記収容空間(130)に係止し、
前記空冷板(100)の第一の側(110)に第一の接続部材(150)が設けられ、第二の側(120)に前記第一の接続部材(150)とマッチングする第二の接続部材(160)が設けられ、
隣接する二つの前記空冷板(100)において、そのうちの一つの前記第一の接続部材(150)は、もう一つの前記第二の接続部材(160)と接続して固定され、
前記第一の接続部材(150)に係止凸部(151)が設けられ、前記係止凸部(151)は前記空冷板(100)に対して前記第一の方向(X)に沿って突出して延伸し、
前記第二の接続部材(160)に係止溝(161)が設けられ、前記係止溝(161)は第三の方向(Z)に向かうノッチ及び前記第一の方向(X)に向かうノッチを有し、前記第三の方向(Z)は、前記第一の方向(X)と垂直であり、且つ前記第三の方向(Z)は、前記第二の方向(Y)と垂直であり、
前記係止溝(161)は、前記係止凸部(151)に係止して適合する、放熱機構。 - 前記空冷板(100)の第一の側(110)の表面に第一の凹溝(111)が設けられ、前記第一の凹溝(111)は、前記放熱通路を形成し、
前記空冷板(100)の第二の側(120)の表面に第二の凹溝(121)が設けられ、前記第二の凹溝(121)は、前記放熱通路を形成する、請求項1に記載の放熱機構。 - 前記第一の凹溝(111)及び/又は前記第二の凹溝(121)の数は、複数であり、
前記第一の凹溝(111)及び前記第二の凹溝(121)は、前記第三の方向(Z)に沿って交互に配列される、請求項2に記載の放熱機構。 - 前記第一の凹溝(111)の溝底に第一の突起(112)が設けられ、前記第一の突起(112)の第一の方向(X)に沿ったサイズは、前記第一の凹溝(111)の第一の方向(X)に沿った溝深さよりも小さく、及び/又は
前記第二の凹溝(121)の溝底に第二の突起(122)が設けられ、前記第二の突起(122)の第一の方向(X)に沿ったサイズは、前記第二の凹溝(121)の溝深さよりも小さい、請求項3に記載の放熱機構。 - 前記放熱通路は、前記収容空間(130)と連通する、請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記係止部材(140)は、それぞれ前記空冷板(100)の前記第三の方向(Z)に沿った両端に、さらに少なくとも二つ設けられる、請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記係止部材(140)は、前記第二の方向(Y)に沿って延伸する第一の係止部(141)及び前記第三の方向(Z)に沿って延伸する第二の係止部(142)を含み、
前記第一の係止部(141)及び前記第二の係止部(142)は、それぞれ前記電池セル(200)の隣接する両側面に当接する、請求項6に記載の放熱機構。 - 前記第一の接続部材(150)及び前記第二の接続部材(160)に前記電池セル(200)を支持するための支持部が設けられる、請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 電池モジュールであって、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の放熱機構を含む、電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールは、電池モジュールフレームをさらに含み、前記空冷板(100)は、前記電池モジュールフレーム内に設けられ、
前記電池モジュールフレームに第二の方向(Y)に沿って対向する吸気口と排気口とが設けられる、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。 - 電力消費装置であって、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールを含み、前記電池モジュールは、電気エネルギーを提供するために用いられる、電力消費装置。
