Claims (11)
- ポリマーチューブを備えたカテーテルであって、前記ポリマーチューブの少なくとも一部が、磁化部分を備え、前記磁化部分は透磁率μrであるとともに距離xで、知られている磁場Bを生成し、カテーテルの位置は磁力計によって検出可能であり、前記カテーテルの前記位置は、x=f(B,μr)として計算される相関付けにおいて、知られている磁場の測定された強度および方向、ならびに選択された前記距離xでの前記知られている磁場Bと前記磁化部分の前記透磁率μrとの間の前記相関付けに基づいて、計算され、前記磁化部分が、ポリマー中に分散させた磁気材料を備えた磁化組成物を含み、
前記磁化部分は、前記ポリマーチューブの内面から外面へと延びる複数の磁化長手方向セグメントを形成し、前記複数の磁化長手方向セグメントは、前記カテーテルの周方向で前記複数の磁化長手方向セグメントの間に存在する複数の長手方向の磁化不能なセグメントによって前記カテーテルの前記周方向に沿って分離される、カテーテル。 - 前記磁化部分は、放射線不透過性成分をさらに含む請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 放射線不透過性成分が、硫酸バリウム、亜炭酸ビスマス、オキシ塩化ビスマス、三酸化ビスマス、タングステンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記磁化組成物は、硫酸バリウム、次炭酸ビスマス、オキシ塩化ビスマス、三酸化ビスマス、タングステンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される放射線不透過性成分をさらに含む請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記磁化部分は、前記ポリマーチューブの前記複数の磁化長手方向セグメントと共成形された、磁化ワイヤを含む請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記磁気材料は、粉末状鉄、酸化鉄磁性体、酸化チタン磁性体、粉末状鉄磁性体、鉄合金磁性体、クロム、マグネシウム、およびモリブデンの1つを含む常磁性または強磁性の化合物、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記鉄合金磁性体は、ニッケル、亜鉛、および/または銅との合金である請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記磁化組成物中の前記磁気材料は、前記ポリマーの15%(w/w)未満である請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記磁化組成物中の前記磁気材料は、前記ポリマーの10%(w/w)未満である請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記磁化組成物中の前記磁気材料は、前記ポリマーの5%(w/w)未満である請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載のポリマーカテーテルを備える血管アクセスデバイスであって、
前記ポリマーカテーテルは近位端部および遠位端部を有し、前記デバイスは、
カテーテルアダプタであって、遠位端部と、近位端部と、前記遠位端部から前記近位端部まで延びる全長と、内部空洞と、上側部分と、下側部分と、前記ポリマーカテーテルがそこを通って延びる円周を有する遠位開口部を有する先端部領域とを有し、前記ポリマーカテーテルの前記近位端部に連結される、カテーテルアダプタと、
前記ポリマーカテーテルと共に配設される針カニューレであって、前記ポリマーカテーテルの前記磁化部分は、磁力計によって検出可能な磁場を有する、針カニューレと
