ユーブの両端部に前記スペーサ及び複数枚の積層

するボルト及びナツトとを具備し、前記ボルトが
挿通されるフレキシブルエレメントのボルト挿通
部に絶縁体を設けて、前記フランジ及びスペーサ
をそれぞれ絶縁するとともに、前記フランジまた
はスペーサとボルトとの間に隙間を存してワツシ
ヤを介在させる一方、前記フランジとスペーサと
に導電体のブラシを接触させて通電状態を検知可
能するオーバートルク検知機構を設けたことを特
