Claims (1)
- 竪形流路内に配置される２個の逆止弁と、これ
ら逆止弁間に配置されて上流側逆止弁から下流側
逆止弁へと流れる流体の量を制御するピストン形
弁装置とを備えた分注装置において、上記両逆止
弁間の２個所において直角に屈曲させて垂直流路
部、水平流路部および垂直流路部を形成したこと
、および上記弁装置が上記水平流路部と同軸に配
置され、そのピストン部の先端に設けられた弾性
材料から成る弁部の直径を上記水平流路部の直径
以上とし、その弁部が上記水平流路に挿入される
ことにより上記水平流路を閉塞するごとくしたこ
とを特徴とする分注装置用制御装置。
