A mother mold of the mold is placed, and a hard plastic raw material is poured onto the mother mold and hardened, and a hard foamed plastic raw material is further poured onto the plastic raw material layer and foamed and hardened, and after the entire hardening is completed, the surrounding frame is removed. The method is characterized in that it consists of a step of removing the mold in which the plastic raw material and the hard foamed plastic raw material are integrated.
次にこの発明を実施例により説明する。 Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to examples.

構成されている。In the method of manufacturing pattern molds for inorganic building materials according to the present invention, a surrounding frame 2.2 that follows the contour shape of a predetermined wall plate is erected on a surface plate 1, and then a surrounding frame 2.2 is placed inside this surrounding frame 2.2 as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the hemihydrate gypsum slurry 3 is poured, and when the surface plate 1 is completely covered with the hemihydrate gypsum slurry 3 and reaches a certain thickness, it is hardened, and then a third layer is poured on this hardened gypsum layer 3'. As shown in the figure, a pre-formed pattern-shaped mother mold 4 made of silicone or the like is placed, and then, as shown in FIG. 4, a hard plastic raw material 5. and a hard foamed plastic raw material 6 is injected, the hard foamed plastic raw material 6 is foamed, and is integrally cured with the plastic raw material 5. After curing is completed, the surrounding frame 2.2 is removed as shown in FIG. It consists of the step of taking out the plastic mold 7.
