本発明は上記課題を解決するために開発したコンクリー
ト製品の製造方法であって、型枠の底板上に吸水性板紙

ンクリート材に振動を与えて締め固めを施し、更にコン
クリート材を仕上げ盤で上側から加圧して均した後、型
枠を反転させて脱型すると共に、コンクリート成形品の
表面に付着している水気を含んだ板紙を剥離するもので
ある。
上記吸水性板紙としては、乾燥した厚手の古紙や、厚手
の合成繊維紙などが使用される。またコンクリート材に
は、水・セメント比が極めて低くてぼそぼその状態のも
のを使用し、表面の仕上がりを良くするために、表層部
に水・セメント比が低いモルタルを使用することもある
。
尚本発明の製造方法には、例えば特公昭4536305

動させると、たちまち流動性を生じ、締め固めが進行す
る。このコンクリート材を上方から仕上げ盤により加圧
しながら振動させると充分に締め固められるのである。
この振動、締め固めにより、コンクリート材の下端から
流出した余剰水は吸水性板紙に浸透する。またコンクリ
ート材中の空気は上昇し、外部に拡散するのであるが、
コンクリート材の下面と底板との間に閉じ込められた気
泡は、板紙内に侵入するか、型枠の内壁面とコンクリー
ト材との隙間に押し出されるのである。
更に仕上げ盤により表面を平滑に均した後、型枠を反転
して脱型すると、成形品の表面に湿った板紙が付着して
いるので、この板紙を剥離すれば表面に気泡痕のない綺

本発明の一実施例として、舗道用コンクリート板の製造
方法を図面に基づいて説明する。
この実施例では、前記特公昭45−36305号公報に
示されたコンクリートブロックの成形機を使用する。そ
の機台l上に型枠2を載置し、型枠2の底板2a上に吸
水性板紙3を重ねる。この板紙3には、厚さが2閣で軟
質の再生紙を使用し、これを底板2aと同一大に切断し
たものである。
先ず第1表に示す少量のモルタル4を投入して板紙3上
に均一に均し、その上に第2表に示す固練りコンクリー
ト材5を型枠2から盛り上がるように供給し、振動、締
め固めを行う。引き続きコンクリート材5の上面を、仕
上げ盤6により押圧した後、仕上げ盤6を旋回して表面
を均し、振動、締め固めを終了する。
次に機台lから型枠2を養生場所に移し、直ちに反転し
て脱型する。最後に成形された舗道用コンクリート板上
に付着している水気を含んだ板紙3を剥離した後、養生
を施す。
上記実施例ではモルタル4を使用したが、固練りコンク
リート材5のみによる場合もある。また板紙3に、特に
表面がざらざらした紙を使用するときは、上面が粗面で
歩行し易い舗道用コンクリート板を製造することができ
る。
