第１図はこの考案の一実施例による回転電機の
上部軸受用油槽の空気抜き装置を一部断面で示し
た正面図。第２図は従来の装置を一部断面で示し
た正面図である。 １はエアブリーザ、１１はフイルタ、１２は油
受皿、１３はカバー、３は空気抜き管、４は油槽
、６は回転電機本体、７は冷却空気吸込口、８は
潤滑油、９は油面、１０は上部の軸受、２０は油
受筒、２１は油戻し管、２１ａはコツクである。
なお、図中、同一符号は同一、または相当部分を
示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転電機本体内に取入れられる冷却空気の吸込
    口の上部に設置され油潤滑される軸受、この軸受
    を収容し潤滑油を貯溜する密閉された油槽この油
    槽内の油面より上に下端部が接続され上記油槽外
    に上端部が突出された空気抜き管、この空気抜き
    管の上端部を囲んで設けられ、上記油槽内で発生
    する油蒸気が捕足されるフイルタと、このフイル
    タの下に設けられ捕捉された油を上記空気抜き管
    に戻しうる油受皿と、上記フイルタの上部及び側
    部全周を覆い下方が開口されたカバーとを有し、
    上記油槽内からの空気を油槽外に出しうるエアブ
    リーザ、このエアブリーザの下部及び側部全周を
    覆い上部が開口され上記エアブリーザの下方から
    漏れ出た油蒸気の下方への放出を防止する油受筒
    この油受筒の底部と上記空気抜き管とを接続し、
    上記油受筒に溜まつた油を上記空気抜き管に戻す
    油戻し管を備えた回転電機の上部軸受用油槽の空
    気抜き装置。
