第１図は本考案装置の全体断面図、第２図は外
部ケースの締着バンドのクリツプ部の構造を示す
背面図、第３図は処理筒の上部構造を示す部分斜
視図である。 １：外部ケース、２：本体ケース、３：カバー
ケース、４：フアン、５：通風窓、７：トツプカ
バー、１３：底板、１４：ピツト管、１５：固定
板、１６，１７：処理筒、２３：タンク、２６：
バンド（ジヨイント部材）、３６ａ，３６ｂ：ポ
ンプ。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に流体処理剤を内蔵した複数基の筒状
の処理筒１６，１７と上下端が開口するピツト管
１４とを各縦方向にして内部に固定してなる筒状
の本体ケース２と、該本体ケース２の上部に係脱
自在に接続された外壁部に通風窓を５を形成した
カバーケース３と、上記本体ケース２とカバーケ
ース３とを係脱自在に接続するジヨイント部材２
６とで外部ケース１を構成し、上記カバーケース
３内には前記処理筒１６，１７内に流体を供給処
理又は排出処理するポンプ３６ａ，３６ｂ及び配
管を含む流体制御装置３１を内蔵してなる流体処
理装置。 (2) 本体ケース２が処理筒１６，１７とピツト
管１４とを固定する固定板１５を本体ケース２の
上方を塞ぐように固着して設け、本体ケース２の
周壁と底板１３及び上記固定板１５とピツト管１
４とで本体ケース２の内部と外部を密閉してなる
処理済流体貯留タンク２３を有する構成とした実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の流体処理装
置。 (3) ポンプ３６ａ，３６ｂを、未処理空気を供
給する加圧ポンプと、分離された窒素を吸入排出
する真空ポンプとで構成し、処理剤を空気中の窒
素を吸着すべく吸着剤として処理筒１６，１７を
吸着筒とするとともに、各吸着筒１６，１７を加
圧ポンプ及び真空ポンプと交互に切換接続するよ
うに配管して酸素発生装置とした実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の流体処理装置
。 (4) ピツト管１４内を本体ケース２の上方から
配管又は配線を導入して上方の流体制御装置３１
に挿通する挿通する挿入ピツトとした実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載の流体処理装置。 (5) ピツト管１４を外部よりカバーケース３内
に空気を導入する吸入フードとし、通風窓５を外
部に空気を排出する排気窓として流体制御装置３
１の冷却構造を形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項に記載の流体処理装置。 (6) 本体ケース２とカバーケース３を円筒形と
し、周壁をリング状又は螺旋状の波形に形成して
なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の流体
処理装置。
