Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多孔質散気体への空気供給を逆止弁を介し
て行なうようにした散気装置であつて、前記逆止
弁の下流側の少なくとも一部には、前記逆止弁の
閉作動に調時して前記散気体内の圧力を該散気体
内への外部からの水の流入を防止し得る程度の圧
力に保持し得る圧力調節機構を設けたことを特徴
とする散気装置。 (2) 前記圧力調節機構は前記散気体内への空気
の導入時に外方に膨らむゴム製の弁体であること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の散気装置。
