Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超硬材料で作られたソリツドタイプのボー
ルエンドミルであつて、切刃が先端球面部又はこ
の球面部から僅かに後退した範囲を含む部分にの
み存在し、かつその数は複数あり、切刃形成部を
除く部分は、各部の断面が全て円形であることを
特徴とするボールエンドミル。 (2) 後端部から先端部に抜けるエアー孔を、回
転中心と同心の約１／２〜２／３Ｄ（Ｄ：エンド
ミル径）の円上に有していることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のボールエンド
ミル。 (3) 上記超硬材料が、ＷＣ−Ｃｏ系又はＷＣ−
ＴａＣ−ＴｉＣ−Ｃｏ系の超硬合金であることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第
２項記載のボールエンドミル。 (4) 上記超硬材料が、ＴｉＣ、ＴｉＮ、ＴａＣ
、ＮｂＣ等を主成分とするサーメツトであること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は
第２項記載のボールエンドミル。
