Claims (1)
- 平面円形で、周囲と中央とが高くなり且つ両者
間の平面環状の部分が断面円弧状をなして凹陥さ
れ、この凹陥部が食品搭載部をなす回転テーブル
を、回転駆動源に連結して設けるとともに、回転
テーブルに搭載されてその回転により移動される
食品を裁断するカツタブレードを、回転テーブル
の食品搭載部に臨ませて設置してなる食品裁断装
置において、回転先端が前記食品搭載部の断面円
弧に沿つた軌跡をもつ回転払出羽根を、前記食品
搭載部の断面円弧の中心に回転軸をおいて配置す
るとともに、前記回転テーブルの周縁における前
記回転払出羽根の外側に、回転払出羽根により払
い出した食品を外部に案内するガイドを設置した
ことを特徴とする食品裁断装置における食品払出
装置。
