用説明図である。 図に於て、１は検出装置本体、２はその取付台
、３はハンドル、４はガイド、５はねじ送り機構
、６は平行四辺形のリンク機構、７は保持バネ、
８はエアシリンダ、９は検出器、１０は軸、１１
はローラである。

Claims (1)
- 検出装置本体に平行四辺形のリンク機構を、製
品の搬送ラインと平行する基端側の固定アームに
於て水平張出し状に設置すると共に、該機構の基
端部に、通常はリンク機構を上記搬送ライン内を
占めるような張出し状態に保持するが、該ライン
上を搬送される製品により押圧力を受けると、該
ラインより外れる方向へのリンク機構の回動変位
を許容する保持バネを備え、更にリンク機構の前
後一対の揺動アームの先端を連結する連結アーム
上に、上記搬送ライン上を搬送される製品外装ケ
ースの前面と正対するように、ロツトなし外装ケ
ース検出器を備え、更に上記リンク機構の先端部
に、上記外装ケースの前面及び内側との接触部を
構成する、少なくとも一つのローラを備えたこと
を特徴とするロツトなし外装ケース検出装置。
