Claims (1)
- 支持枠に設けられた先端に貫通孔を有するロツ
ドと、支持金具により固着された軸を有する吸着
パツドを、該軸を前記貫通孔に挿通することによ
つて回動自在に接続した吸着装置であつて、吸着
パツドに固定した第１のアームと、ロツドに前後
移動及び固定可能に支持した第２のアームとの間
にスプリングを張設したことを特徴とする吸着装
置。
