  1. 流体通路中に設けられ、流体の主通路となる円
    筒状ハウジング、この円筒状ハウジングの略中央
    部に設けられた計測用管路、この計測用管路に設
    けられた複数の熱線支持体間に張設された熱線、
    この熱線に接続され、流量に比例した信号を出力
    する制御回路、前記熱線の近傍において前記計測
    用管路開口部の少なくとも上流側に設置され微小
    渦を発生する微小渦発生用ネツトを備えた熱線式
    流量センサ。
