    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路中に配設され、平板状に形成された感
    熱抵抗体と複数の抵抗とにより構成されたブリツ
    ジ回路と、感熱抵抗体への通電々流を制御しブリ
    ツジ回路が所定の熱平衡を保つように制御する制
    御回路を備え、熱平衡状態から流量を検出する感
    熱式流量センサにおいて、流体通路中に感熱抵抗
    体をその角部のみ支持する支持部材によつて支持
    し、かつ感熱抵抗体に通電用リード線を接続した
    ことを特徴とする感熱式流量センサ。
