フレキシブルディスクのトラック信号品質と耐久性の変
動要因としては、塗布されたフレキシブルディスク表面
の不均一な粗さがあシ、これを調整する為だ研磨テープ
等【よる表面研磨法を採用している。しかし、研磨テー
プの表面粗さのばらつきが研磨テープ製造工程の問題と
リール状だ巻かれた製品形態の点からフレキシブルディ
スクの製造条件に大きな影響を与えるため、ばらつきを
なくした均一性を持った研磨テープが求められているが

かし、近年フレキシブルディスクの大容量化が図られて
きておシ、且高耐久性を要求されるに到り、フレキシブ
ルディスク表面の不均一な粗さの一低減はますます重要
な項目となってきておシ、磁性塗料の分散性の向上と共
に従来のテープ研磨法等によるフレキシブルディスク表

るフレキシブルディス゛りの製造方法が得られ、信号品
質と耐久性をバランスよく保ったフレキシブルディスク
