- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ペレツトをマウントした放熱板から延び
る樹脂モールド用の支持片を、一体として樹脂モ
ールドパツケージで封止し、該樹脂モールドパツ
ケージ面より突出する上記支持片を切断し、この
パツケージ面に、絶縁用の樹脂被覆を施した半導
体装置において、 上記支持片が切断される樹脂モールドパツケー
ジ面に、凹部又は凹凸粗面を形成したことを特徴
とする半導体装置。
