は第４図に示すリング共振器の共振特性図である
。 図中、２２はＬＤ（半導体レーザ）、２３は出
射光を分岐する光学素子としての偏光ビームスプ
リツタ、２７は偏波面保存光フアイバ、２８は光
電変換器としてのフオトダイオード、２９はＬＤ
注入電流制御回路、３０は恒温槽、３１は反射膜
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体レーザの出射光を光学素子で分岐す
    る光学系と、両端面に反射膜を有し、上記分岐し
    た光を一端より入射し他端より出射する偏波面保
    存光フアイバと、該光フアイバの出射光の強度を
    電気信号に変換する光電変換器と、該変換器の変
    換出力に応じて上記半導体レーザの注入電流又は
    温度を制御する制御回路とを備えたことを特徴と
    する周波数安定化半導体レーザ光源。 (2) 両端面に反射膜を有する上記偏波面保存光
    フアイバの温度変動が１／１０００°Ｃ以下に制
    御されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の光源。
