Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体レーザと、この半導体レーザの出力
    光に関連する光を平行光化する光学手段と、この
    光学手段の出力光を入射するビームスプリツタと
    、前記半導体レーザと同一の恒温槽内に設置され
    前記ビームスプリツタの一方の出力光を入射する
    受光手段と、この受光手段の出力に対応して前記
    半導体レーザの注入電流を変化させる制御手段と
    を備え、ビームスプリツタの他方の出力である空
    間ビーム型レーザ光の出力パワーを安定化するよ
    うに構成したことを特徴とするレーザ光源。 (2) 半導体レーザの出力光をシングルモード・
    フアイバを介して光学手段に入射し、出射ビーム
    パターンが円形の光を出力するように構成した実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレーザ光源。
