路の要部回路構成図である。 図面中、１２は主電源、１３は電源スイツチン
グ用トランジスタ、１７はスイツチング用トラン
ジスタ、１８はツエナーダイオード、２０はコン
デンサ、２２は制御用トランジスタを示す。
回路構成図、第２図は従来の電源スイツチング回
路の要部回路構成図である。 図面中、１２は主電源、１３は電源スイツチン
グ用トランジスタ、１７はスイツチング用トラン
ジスタ、１８はツエナーダイオード、２０はコン
デンサ、２２は制御用トランジスタを示す。
Claims (1)
- 電源スイツチング用素子及び該電源スイツチン
グ用素子を制御信号に応じて制御する制御用素子
を備えてなる電源スイツチング回路において、電
源負荷の過電流を検出する検出用素子の出力に応
じてスイツチングするスイツチング用素子と、該
スイツチング用素子のスイツチングに応じて充電
されるコンデンサの充電電圧の変化により上記電
源スイツチング用素子をオフ状態にスイツチング
する回路とを備えてなることを特徴とする電源ス
イツチング回路。
