Claims (1)
- 入出力回路がホトカプラにより絶縁され、電界
効果トランジスタにより負荷を開閉する入出力絶
縁形半導体スイツチ回路において、一対の入力端
子間に接続され外部回路によりり点滅制御される
ホトカプラの発光素子を備えた入力回路と、一対
の出力端子間に接続された電界効果トランジスタ
からなる出力トランジスタと、この出力トランジ
スタをオンさせる電荷を充電するコンデンサと、
このコンデンサを充電する充電回路と、前記ホト
カプラのホトトランジスタが前記コンデンサと出
力トランジスタのゲートの間に接続されて前記発
光ダイオードの点滅により前記出力トランジスタ
をオン・オフするゲート回路とを備えていること
を特徴とする入出力絶縁形半導体スイツチ回路。
