Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 交流電源電圧が整流回路を介して直流電圧に変
換された入力電圧が与えられるスイツチングトラ
ンジスタと、このスイツチングトランジスタから
のパルス電圧を平滑して出力する平滑回路と、上
記スイツチングトランジスタにオン動作指令用の
トリガ電流を供給する他励トリガ回路と、上記平
滑回路からの出力電圧に基づいて上記スイツチン
グトランジスタのオン動作時間を制御するデユー
テイ比コントロール回路とを備えたスイツチング
レギユレータ回路において、 上記他励トリガ回路からのトリガ電流を、当該
トリガ電流が上記出力電圧の大きさに応じて小さ
くなつた場合にも上記スイツチングトランジスタ
を十分にドライブできる大きさに選定すると共に
、 上記他励トリガ回路からのトリガ電流を所定値
以下に制限する電流リミツト回路を設けたことを
特徴とするスイツチングレギユレータ回路。
