Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも熱接着性テープ状積層体を割裂
して得られる解繊糸あるいは熱接着性複合繊維体
と高分子吸水剤とから成る吸水性繊維から形成さ
れる弾性吸収層及び該吸収層の下層に配置された
、少なくとも熱接着性テープ状積層体を割裂して
得られる解繊糸あるいは熱接着性複合繊維体と消
臭材とを混合して形成した消臭層から成る２層構
造を内部に有し、かつ前記２層構造の表面を液透
過性の表面材で被覆し、また前記２層構造の裏面
を液不透過性の裏面材で被覆したことを特徴とす
る消臭性及び吸水性を有するシーツ。 (2) 前記弾性吸収層が、少なくとも２層の融点
の異なる熱可塑性合成樹脂層から成り該合成樹脂
層のうち少なくとも低融点合成樹脂層の一部が表
面に露出した熱接着性テープ状積層体を割裂して
得られる解繊糸または熱接着性複合繊維体の上記
露出表面に高分子吸水剤を付着させたものを短繊
維化しウエブ化せしめ、更に該ウエブを熱処理し
て得られたシート状不織布であることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の消臭
性及び吸水性を有するシーツ。 (3) 前記消臭層が、少なくとも２層の融点の異
なる熱可塑性合成樹脂層から成り該合成樹脂層の
うち少なくとも低融点合成樹脂層の一部が表面に
露出している熱接着性テープ状積層体を割裂して
得られる解繊糸または熱接着性複合繊維体を短繊
維化し消臭材と混合してウエブ化せしめ、該ウエ
ブを熱処理して得られたシート状不織布であるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
又は第(2)項に記載の消臭性及び吸水性を有する
シーツ。 (4) 前記液透過性の表面材が、少なくとも２層
の融点の異なる熱可塑性合成樹脂層から成り該合
成樹脂層のうち少なくとも低融点合成樹脂層の一
部が表面に露出している熱接着性テープ状積層体
を割裂して得られる解繊糸または熱接着性複合繊
維体を短繊維化しウエブ化せしめ、該ウエブを熱
処理して得られたシート状不織布であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)〜(3)項の
いずれか１項に記載の消臭性及び吸水性を有する
シーツ。
