Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加工室１の一端側に仕切り壁２を設けて空気
    供給室１３を区画形成し、該仕切り壁２に縦方向
    及び横方向に並んで開設された複数の貫通窓２０
    にフアン３を取付け、空気供給室１３に供給され
    た加熱空気又は冷却空気をフアン３により加工室
    １の他端側に送り込んで室内の他端側から排出し
    、排出空気を再び加熱又は冷却し、これを供給室
    １３に送り込んで循環させる加熱又は冷却加工装
    置に於て、仕切り壁２の上流側に第１通気板４を
    設けて空気供給室１３を前後に２分し第１供給室
    １１と第２供給室１２を形成し、第１供給室１１
    に加熱又は冷却空気の取入口１５を設け、加工室
    １の空気排出側には前記仕切り壁２に対向して第
    ２通気板５を配備し該板の下流側に排出室１４を
    形成し、該排出室１４に排出口１６を設け、第２
    通気板５及び第１通気板４には多数の貫通孔５１
    ，４１が開設され、各通気板４，５は夫々は取入
    口側び排出口に近い位置では取入口及び排出口に
    遠い位置よりも通気許容量が少なくなる様に形成
    されていることを特徴とする加熱又は冷却加工装
    置。 第１通気板４及び第２通気板５の貫通孔４１
    ，５１は取入口及び排出口に近い位置では小径に
    形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
    記載の加熱又は冷却加工装置。 第１通気板４及び第２通気板５の貫通孔４１
    ，５１は取入口及び排出口に近い位置では孔の分
    布密度が粗である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    に記載の加熱又は冷却加工装置。
