- エネルギー分散型蛍光Ｘ線装置において、励起
源の強度をモニターする機構と、前記強度を積分
する機構と、マルチチヤンネルアナライザのメモ
リ値を読み出す機構と、前記メモリ値を前記強度
値で割算し、スペクトル表示する機構とを備える
ことにより、励起源の強度及び測定時間の異なる
スペクトルの比較が容易にできる蛍光Ｘ線スペク
トル表示装置。
