。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液体を超音波の伝播媒体として超音波発生検出
を行なう距離測定用プローブと被測定物との間の
距離を測定する超音波式変位測定装置において、 上記距離測定用プローブとは別に設けられ、線
膨脹係数の極めて小さい素材で構成されて基準ギ
ヤツプを測定する音速補正用プローブと、 この音速補正用プローブの基準ギヤツプ中に前
記伝播媒体と同一の供給源から伝播媒体を供給し
て得た上記音速補正用プローブでの測定値から前
記伝播媒体の温度変化に起因する超音波伝播速度
の変化量を求める変化量測定手段と、 この変化量測定手段で得た変化量により上記距
離測定用プローブでの測定値を補正し、伝播媒体
中の音速変化の要因を除去した変位測定値を得る
補正手段と を具備したことを特徴とする超音波式変位測定
装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液体を超音波の伝播媒体として超音波発生検出
    を行なう距離測定用プローブと被測定物との間の
    距離を測定する超音波式変位測定装置において、 上記距離測定用プローブとは別に設けられ、線
    膨張係数の極めて小さい素材で構成されて基準ギ
    ヤツプを測定する音速補正用プローブと、 この音速補正用プローブの基準ギヤツプ中に前
    記伝播媒体と同一の供給源から伝播媒体を供給し
    て得た測定値から前記伝播媒体の温度変化に起因
    超音波伝播速度の変化量を求める変化量測定手段
    と、 この変化量測定手段で得た変化量により上記距
    離測定用プローブでの測定値を補正し、伝播媒体
    中の音速変化の要因を除去した変位測定値を得る
    補正手段と を具備したことを特徴とする超音波式変位測定
    装置。
