Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源１０と、 カラムを通つた試料が供給されるフローセル１
２と、 該光源１０からの光が入射され、特定の波長の
光を励起光として該フローセル１２へ照射する励
起側モノクロメータ１４と、 光電変換器１６と、 該フローセル１２内で励起された試料から放出
される蛍光が入射され、特定の波長の蛍光を該光
電変換器１６へ照射する蛍光側モノクロメータ１
８と、 該励起光の波長又は波数の設定値、及び、蛍光
スペクトル測定指令を入力する入力手段と、 該設定された励起光の波長または波数になるよ
う該励起側モノクロメータ１４の該特定波長を変
化させ、該蛍光スペクトル測定指令に応じて、該
蛍光側モノクロメーター１８の該特定波長を連続
的に走査させる制御手段２８と、 を有することを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ
用蛍光分光検出器。
