Claims (1)
- パン焼成ケース内のパン材料の温度を温度セン
サにより検出し、発酵及び焼成を連続的に行う製
パン器において、設定時間毎に温度センサの電気
抵抗値を検出して予め記憶している複数の温度デ
ータと対比させて複数の温度測定を行うように構
成したことを特徴とする製パン器。
