Claims (1)
- 調節弁の弁開度をパルスデイスクにより検出す
る弁開度検出器と、同弁開度検出器からのフイー
ドバツク信号と調節計からのデジタル信号とによ
り調節弁の弁開度を演算するデジタル関数演算器
と、同デジタル関数演算器からのデジタル信号を
アナログ信号に変換するデジタル／アナログ変換
器と、同デジタル／アナログ変換器からのアナロ
グ信号を接点信号に変換するアナログパルス接点
変換器と、同アナログパルス接点変換器からの接
点信号により正逆転する調節弁の弁開度設定用モ
ータとを具えていることを特徴とした調節弁。
