付与し、まぶせ粉のまぶせ後は回転ドラム前部に於いて
ケージ等の選別装置によりまぶせられた食品とまぶせ粉
とを選別し、選別されたまぶせ粉は回転ドラムの基部等
に戻されて粉まぶせに再利用することが出来る等するよ
うにした食品素材への粉まぶせ方法及び装置に係る発明
である。
