Then, the counter, latch circuit, etc. of the liquid level inspection device 3 count the resonance frequency as the number of pulses output every time, and this number of pulses is converted into the volume of the space 7 of the container 5 in the calculation section. . That is, this device uses the phenomenon that the resonant frequency of the speaker 1 varies depending on the volume of the space 7 in the container 5, and detects the volume of the space 7 in the container 5.
The method is to detect the amount of liquid inside.

In addition, there is the problem that a sound device such as a speaker is required and is expensive, and since the inspection is performed with the speaker in contact with the opening of the container, accurate positioning is required, making adjustments when changing types. In addition to being complicated, there is also the problem that contact of the speaker with the opening of the container is unfavorable from a sanitary standpoint. Furthermore, since the inspection is carried out with the container open, there is a problem in that when a defective product is removed, the container tends to topple over and the liquid inside is likely to be washed away.

。In other words, this inspection device uses the phenomenon that the resonant frequency of the speaker changes depending on the volume of the space inside the container to detect the liquid in the container by detecting the volume of the space inside the container. It is not about detecting the amount, but
The side of the container is struck using a striking means, and the volume of the liquid contained in the container and the liquid contained therein is inspected from the waveform pattern of the sound generated at that time. In addition to inspection, it can also detect defects such as the viscosity of the liquid, the mixing of different types of containers into the container being inspected, and cracks in the container. In addition, there is no need for a sound device such as a speaker, and this speaker can be used at the opening of the container. Since there is no need to accurately align the position of the speaker, even if the shape of the container changes, there is no need to adjust the position of the speaker, etc., and it is possible to easily switch to any container and inspect it.Furthermore, It is good for quality control as it can be inspected even with the lid open.
Furthermore, there is no risk of liquid flowing away when rejecting defective products.

This batted ball 12 is fixed to one end 13a of a rod 13, and the other end 13b of this rod 13 is attached to a shaft 14 fixed above the belt conveyor 11 so as to be rotatable about this shaft 14. ing. Thereby, the hit ball 12 is in a state where it can freely rotate about the shaft 14 together with the rod 13. A cam 15 is rotatably attached to a shaft 16 provided above the shaft 14, and is rotated in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure when driven by a motor (not shown). The tip 15a of this cam 15 is connected to the other end 13 of the rod 13.
It is provided at a position where it can come into contact with b. Therefore, when the cam 15 rotates, its tip 15a presses the other end 13b of the rod 13 in the rotational direction, pushing up the batted ball 12 on the one end 13a side to the chain line position shown in the figure, and then, at that position, the cam 15 The tip 15a releases the other end 13b of the rod 13, allowing the batted ball 12 to fall freely. 17 is a container arrival sensor (using a known transmission type photoelectric sensor, etc.) installed on the side of the belt conveyor 11, and the container 19 containing the liquid 18 is conveyed below the shaft 14 by the belt conveyor 11. It is attached at a position where the end on the conveying side can be detected when the conveyance side end is detected. This container arrival sensor 17 is connected to the wiring 20

When the arrival signal of the container arrival sensor 17 is received by the signal input section 22, the signal is outputted from the signal input section 22, and this signal is outputted from the signal input section 22. The motor is driven by the signal. The cam 15 is rotated by the drive of this motor, causing the batted ball 12 to fall downward from the position shown by the chain line and strike the side surface of the container 19. Note that this batted ball 12 is
Normally, the bar 13 is stopped at the chain line position shown in the figure by pressing the other end 13b of the bar 13 by the cam 15, and the bar 13 is released by the rotation of the cam 15 and falls freely from that position, and the container 19 is After striking, the cam 15 quickly rotates once and presses the other end 13b of the rod 13 again, thereby stopping at the position shown in chain lines, thereby preventing the container 19 from being struck twice. 25 is a microphone provided on the front side (container transport side) of the shaft 14, and the amplifier 2

The liquid 18 contained therein is inspected. Therefore, it is possible to detect not only the amount of liquid, but also the viscosity of the liquid 18, the presence of different types of containers, cracks in the container, and the like. And, like the conventional example,
Since the hitting ball 12 is used without the need for a sound generating device such as a speaker, it is inexpensive, and its position can be easily adjusted, making it easy to change the type of container to be inspected.
