バスケツト内に配列される被熱処理物の薄肉部位
に沿わせて設けられて前記被熱処理物の熱容量の
均一化を図る熱容量調整部材とを備え、該熱容量
調整部材は、前記被熱処理物を前記バスケツト内
の所定位置で位置決めするよう前記バスケツトに
対して固定されていることを特徴とする熱処理装
