Claims (1)
- 粉体をいれる容器内の所定のほぼ水平な平面内
で超音波の送受を行うように超音波送波器と超音
波受波器とを並べて配置し、前記超音波送波器か
ら出射された前記超音波の反射波を前記超音波受
波器で受波することにより前記容器内の前記粉体
を検出するものであつて、前記超音波の反射波を
発生する反射体を前記容器の壁体とするかまたは
前記容器内に設けた反射板としたことを特徴とす
る粉体検出装置。
