Claims (1)
- Ｘ線源からのＸ線を試料に投射し、試料からの
二次Ｘ線をＸ線検出器のＸ線受光部に送るように
したＸ線分析装置において、螢光Ｘ線分析及びＸ
線回折を行うべく前記試料に対してＸ線検出器を
前、後動するようになし、このＸ線検出器の前、
後動により、Ｘ線検出器の前進時にはＸ線回折の
ための分解能を得るべきスリツト部材が前記Ｘ線
受光部から離脱するとともにＸ線検出器の後退時
には前記スリツト部材がＸ線受光部に臨みうるよ
うに前記Ｘ線受光部に対してスリツト部材を着脱
可能としたことを特徴とするＸ線分析装置。
