Claims (1)
- 半導体基板上に、該基板と導電型を異にする拡
散層によつて形成される抵抗装置において、両端
に電極を設けた主抵抗体と、一端が主抵抗体の１
電極に導電接続され、他端が浮遊端となつている
複数個の補正用抵抗体とからなり、前記補正用抵
抗体の浮遊端が主抵抗体の長辺に近接して配置さ
れていることを特徴とする半導体抵抗装置。
