流体、６は被フラツシング体、７はヒーター、８
は連通管、９はポンプ装置、１０は圧縮空気送入
装置、１０ａはコンプレツサー、１０ｂは水分除
去装置、１０ｃは濾過装置、１０ｄはストレーナ
ーである。

    タンク装置と、 前記被フラツシング体に前記流体を循環させる
    ポンプ装置と、 前記被フラツシング体に接続され、前記流体の
    流量の５％〜６０％の空気を、前記流体中に気泡
    状に送入する圧縮空気送入装置とを備えたフラツ
    シング装置。
