Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 濾過膜を内蔵した濾過器に入口弁を設けた
入口配管と出口弁を設けた出口配管とベント管を
接続するとともに前記出口配管に前記濾過膜を逆
洗する逆洗装置を接続してなることを特徴とする
濾過器逆洗装置。 (2) 逆洗装置は少くとも濾過処理した水を一時
貯水するアキユムレータと、該アキユムレータの
貯水を前記濾過器に逆流させるエア供給源と、前
記アキユムレータと前記出口配管との中間に設け
た止め弁とを備えている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の濾過器逆洗装置。
