- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリコン台と、発光領域が整列し表面がシ
リコン台表面と略同一面に位置する様に前記シリ
コン台またはシリコン台の近傍に載置固着された
複数の発光素子と、発光領域にオーミツク接触し
シリコン台上に端子部を有する様に発光素子とシ
リコン台とにまたがつて設けられた複数の電極膜
とを具備した事を特徴とする光プリンタ用発光ダ
イオード。 (2) シリコン基台と、複数の発光領域の集合体
が全体的に整列し、表面が略同一面内に位置する
よう前記シリコン基台上に載置された多数の発光
素子と、前記発光領域を複数個ずつ直列接続する
配線手段とを具備した事を特徴とする光プリンタ
用発光ダイオード。
