結合器において、前記半導体レーザとレンズを保
持固定するホルダと、前記光フアイバを保持固定
するフエルールとを備えてなり、このホルダとフ
エルールとは、フエルールの外径よりもわずかに
大きい穴を有するガードパイプを介して固定され
ており、かつ前記フエルール内の光フアイバのコ
ア中心がフエルールの中心に対して偏心している
ことを特徴とする半導体レーザ・光フアイバ結合
