Claims (1)
- スポンジケーキ生地を蒸成若しくは焼成したも
のであつて、その表面にスポンジ状組織が露出、
裏面に密実な表皮が形成され、しかも、この密実
な表皮を内側、表面のスポンジ組織を外側にして
容器状に成型した外皮で、カスタードクリーム、
生クリームを除く可食性内容物を包んで成ること
を特徴とするスポンジケーキを外皮とする菓子。
