流体圧源とエゼクタの吸引ポート側との間に介在
される真空破壊用流路と、前記作動用流体室側と
前記真空破壊用流路側とに仕切つているダイヤフ
ラムとを備え、前記作動用流体室側に供給された
流体圧によつて前記ダイヤフラムが前記真空破壊
用流路側に変位されて該真空破壊用流路が閉じら
れることを特徴とする真空破壊用制御弁。 2 前記流体圧源と前記作動用流体室との間に逆
止弁付流量調整弁が介在されていることを特徴と
する請求項1記載の真空破壊用制御弁。 3 前記真空破壊用流路の出口側に流量調整弁が
接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の
真空破壊用制御弁。 4 請求項1記載の真空破壊用制御弁を備えた真
