静電塗油装置の改良に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention creates a uniform thin oil film by electrostatically applying a lubricant such as anti-rust oil to the surface of a strip-shaped steel plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, etc. In particular, a high voltage is applied to an oil coating chamber formed with a carry-in port and a carry-out port for loading and unloading a belt-shaped coated object that is continuously transported in a vertical direction at a predetermined speed. An electrostatic oil applicator that supplies an oil lubricant to a cup-shaped body that is driven to rotate at high speed and electrostatically atomizes the oil atomizer is an electrostatic oil applicator that is arranged to face the object from the left and right sides of the object to be oiled. In order to prevent oil residue, it is necessary to form a uniform oil film over the entire surface.

In order to improve the adhesion, it is necessary to form the oil film particularly uniformly and extremely thinly.

An electrostatic oil applicator that supplies lubricant to a cup-shaped body that is driven to rotate at a high speed of about 20,000 to 50,000 rpm and electrostatically atomizes it is used. An extremely suitable method is to form an electrostatic field in the cup-shaped body and cause the lubricant particles charged and radiated from the cup-shaped body to be attracted to the surface of the strip-shaped steel plate, which is the opposite pole, by electrostatic attraction, and to be electrostatically coated. .

It is necessary to control the lubricating agent to a very small amount of about .c./min and to continuously supply a certain amount of the lubricating agent into the cup-shaped body without interruption.

油剤を均等に供給することができるからである。 According to the method in which the steel strip is covered and the steel strip is transferred horizontally to form an oil film on both the top and bottom surfaces, the electrostatic oil applicator must be placed so as to face the steel strip from above and below. In this case, a very small amount of lubricant is applied to both the cup-shaped body of the electrostatic oil applicator, which is placed downward from above, and the cup-shaped body of the electrostatic oil applicator, which is placed upward from below. It is very difficult to supply oil evenly, but in a method that transfers the steel strip vertically and forms an oil film on both the left and right sides, an electrostatic oil applicator applies oil to the steel strip from the left and right. This is because they are arranged horizontally to face each other, and a minute amount of lubricating agent can be evenly supplied to the electrostatic lubricating machines disposed on both the left and right sides.

Inside the oiling chamber, which consists of a chamber or casing in which an opening and an outlet are formed,
A so-called vertical pass type electrostatic oil applicator is used, in which an electrostatic oil applicator is horizontally disposed so as to face both left and right sides of an object to be oiled that is vertically transferred.

However, in such a conventional vertical path type electrostatic oil applicator, the oil application chamber is integrally formed into a box shape, and loading/unloading ports are formed at the top and bottom of the chamber. When setting oil items along the transfer line, it is necessary to insert the oil into the oil application chamber while maintaining a vertical position from the entrance of the oil application chamber and pull it out from the exit. It had the disadvantage of being extremely difficult.

It is necessary to place the electrostatic oil applicators side by side so that they are offset from each other so that the spray patterns of the lubricant emitted from the cup-shaped bodies of adjacent electrostatic oil applicators partially overlap when viewed from the transport direction of the object to be oiled. In order to apply oil evenly and without unevenness, the position of these electrostatic oil applicators must be moved vertically or horizontally relative to the object to be oiled so that each other's spray patterns match the object to be oiled. Adjustments must be made in a timely manner to maintain proper overlap according to the board width.

Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to very easily and quickly insert and transport a belt-shaped object to be coated vertically into an oil coating chamber in which loading/unloading ports are formed at the top and bottom. The position of the installed electrostatic oil applicator can be adjusted according to the width of the object to be oiled, the increase or decrease in the amount of oil applied, etc.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an electrostatic oil applicator whose movement can be easily adjusted according to the rotation speed of a cup-shaped body.

According to the present invention, the oil application chamber in which the inlet and outlet for the strip-shaped oil object that is continuously transferred in the vertical direction is formed has a left half and a right half with the object to be oiled as the center. When setting the strip of oiled material along its transfer line,
First, the oil application chamber is separated into the left half and the right half, and the object to be oiled is set vertically in this state and joined again, so that the object to be oiled can be placed vertically inside the oil application chamber. can be inserted into the state.

なる。 Moreover, since the oil application chamber 7 is configured to be separable into the left half body 7L and the right half body 7R, the electrostatic oil applicator disposed inside the left half body 7L and the right half body 7R Adjust the positions of 10U and 10D vertically and horizontally according to the plate width of the object to be oiled 4, increase or decrease in the amount of oil applied, rotation speed of the cup-shaped body, etc., to optimally adjust the overlapping of the oil spray patterns. This makes the work extremely easy.

An electrostatic oil applicator, which supplies a lubricant to a cup-shaped body which is rotated at high speed and electrostatically atomizes the oil, is arranged so as to face the object from both left and right sides. In the oiling device, the oil application chamber is composed of a left half and a right half that are separably joined around the object to be oiled, and the electrostatic oil applicator is installed inside these left and right halves, respectively. An electrostatic oil application device characterized in that: (2) A plurality of the electrostatic oil applicators are disposed in the left and right halves, respectively, and each of these electrostatic oil applicators is arranged vertically and/or horizontally facing the object to be oiled. The electrostatic oil applicator according to claim 1, wherein the electrostatic oil applicator is adjustable in movement. (3) The scope of the utility model registration claim 1, wherein wheels running on rails laid perpendicular to the object to be oiled are fixed to the bottoms of the left and right halves, respectively. The electrostatic lubrication device described.
