したリミツタ回路を示す回路図、第３図は本考案
による温度補償のバイアス回路による入力―出力
の関係を示すグラフ、第４図は従来例を示す回路
図である。 図中、１０は温度補償回路、Ｑａはトランジス
タ、Ａ３は演算増幅器を示す。
施例を示す回路図、第２図は第１図の回路を利用
したリミツタ回路を示す回路図、第３図は本考案
による温度補償のバイアス回路による入力―出力
の関係を示すグラフ、第４図は従来例を示す回路
図である。 図中、１０は温度補償回路、Ｑａはトランジス
タ、Ａ３は演算増幅器を示す。
Claims (1)
- 第１の電源電圧に接続されている半導体素子の
ＰＮ接合部に発生する順方向の電圧を第１の抵抗
及び演算増幅器の帰還抵抗である第２の抵抗によ
つて分圧して前記演算増幅器の反転入力端子に入
力すると共に、第２の電源から供給される電圧を
第３の抵抗及び前記第２の抵抗によつて分圧して
前記演算増幅器の反転入力端子に入力し、前記演
算増幅器の出力をトランジスタのバイアス電源と
することを特徴とする温度補償バイアス回路。
