- 定電流回路と、基準電圧回路と、誤差増幅回路
と、出力回路とを備えた安定化電源回路において
、前記出力回路の電源ラインと、前記出力回路を
除く他の回路の電源ラインとの間にコレクタとエ
ミツタを接続した第１のトランジスタと、前記第
１のトランジスタのベースを駆動する第２のトラ
ンジスタと、前記第２のトランジスタのベースに
接続された外部電圧印加端子とを備えていること
を特徴とする安定化電源回路。
