    検出手段と、 該階調変化検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前
    記画像データを階調値とその階調値のランレング
    スから成る符号に変換するデータ符号化手段を備
    えたことを特徴とするデータ圧縮装置。 (2) 階調値とその階調値のランレングスの組み
    合せからなる画像データから階調値を検出する階
    調値検出手段と、 前記画像データから該階調値検出手段により検
    出された階調値のランレングスを検出するランレ
    ングス検出手段と、 前記階調値検出手段により検出された階調値を

    レングスの示す個数だけ連続して出力するデータ
